              Collaborating with several organizations or NGOs such as Perdossi Medan, Perpei Medan, and AAzl in Sumatera Utara, the Neurology Department has been carrying out medical counseling, through symposiums, seminars, medical talks for public participants, and also talk shows on the radio, consisting topics such as epilepsy, dementia, and urinary incontinence. Some of them are, Epilepsy Symposium, held for Primary School (SD) teachers in Medan as participants, talks about Dementia in Medan, Pangkalan Berandan, Pangkalan Susu, and Kuala Simpang.
